Welcome to Council's Online Application System.


You can currently apply online for:

      Outstanding Notices
          This will provide information relating to any notices or orders issued under Schedule 5 Clause 41 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and section 735A of the Local Government Act 1993 that are outstanding for a specified parcel of land. These notices and orders generally relate to health and building matters.

      10.7(2) Certificate
          This certificate provides information set out in Schedule 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 and are normally processed within 2-3 working days.

      Urgent 10.7(2) Certificate
          This certificate contains the same information as the standard 10.7 certificates, however, are normally processed within one business day.

      10.7(2)(5) Certificate
          This certificate provides the information set out in Schedule 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 plus advice on such other relevant matters affecting the land of which Council may be aware and are normally processed within 2-3 working days.

      Urgent 10.7(2)(5) Certificate
          This certificate contains the same information as the standard 10.7 certificates, however, are normally processed within one business day.

      603 Certificate
          This certificate contains the amount (if any) due or payable to the council, by way of rates, charges or otherwise, in respect of a parcel of land and are normally processed within 2-3 working days.

      Urgent 603 Certificate
          This certificate contains the same information as the standard 603 certificates, however, are normally processed within half a business day.

      Tree Removal - Non Rural Area
          This application is for the removal of trees in non-rural/urban areas only.

      Tree Removal - Rural Area 5 trees or less
          This application is for the removal of up to 5 trees in rural areas.

      Vegetation Clearing - Rural Area more than 5 trees
          This application is for clearing of Native/Indigenous Vegetation in Rural Areas that is more than 5 trees with or without shrubs and understory.

You can lodge an application without registering as a user. If you are a regular user of this system, you may like to register to make it easier for you to manage and keep track of your applications.
